How do I book an appointment?
You can book online by choosing your preferred OARC centre — Saheed Nagar or Sailashree Vihar — and an available time slot. If you’d rather book by phone, call or WhatsApp us at +91 93386 53086 and our team will help you find a slot.
Do I need a referral to see a rheumatologist?
No — you don’t need a referral letter to book a consultation at OARC. Many patients come directly after researching their symptoms, while others are referred by a general physician or another specialist. Either way, you can book directly.
What is the consultation fee?
A doctor consultation at OARC is ₹600. Any additional tests or imaging recommended during your visit are charged separately, and your doctor will explain what’s needed and why before ordering anything.
What should I bring to my first visit?
Bring any past blood test reports, X-rays, or scans related to your joint pain, a list of medicines you’re currently taking, and a rough timeline of when your symptoms started. If you don’t have any previous reports, that’s fine too — your doctor will guide you on what tests are needed.
What happens at the first consultation?
Your doctor will take a detailed history of your symptoms, examine the affected joints, and review any reports you bring. Depending on what they find, they may order blood tests or imaging to confirm a diagnosis. You’ll leave with either a diagnosis and treatment plan, or a clear next step if further tests are needed first.
How long does the appointment take?
A first consultation generally takes longer than a routine follow-up, since it involves a full history and examination. Arriving a little early for your slot helps things run smoothly, especially if you’re bringing physical copies of past reports.
What are the clinic hours?
Both OARC centres are open Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM–2:00 PM and 4:30 PM–9:00 PM.
