- The time provided here is for registration only. Consultation serial numbers will be announced at the registration counter.
- New patients must pay a one-time registration charge of Rs. 100/- at the registration desk. Patients are advised to arrive 2 hours before the registration time and provide blood samples if any tests have been advised. Emergency patients will be given priority; others are requested to wait patiently for their turn.
- Online cancellation is available up to 3 days before the appointment. To cancel within 3 days of the appointment, please call our team on +91 93386 53086 or email oarcmanagement@gmail.com; refunds for such cancellations are handled by our team on a case-by-case basis.
- Online cancellations made 3 or more days before the appointment are refunded automatically to the original payment method, minus a Rs. 20/- payment-gateway processing charge (Rs. 580/- for a Rs. 600/- booking). Refunds are initiated within 48 hours; banks usually credit them in 5-7 working days.
- If OARC cancels or reschedules an appointment (for example due to doctor unavailability), the full amount is refunded with no deduction.
- OARC Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to cancel appointments in case of emergencies or doctor unavailability. In such cases, the booking may be rescheduled or the booking amount will be refunded within 48 hours.
