Exercise cannot help in acute Rheumatoid Arthritis. First one has to control the inflammation by the use of drugs like before getting into an exercise regime. One can do aerobics and swimming, morning walks are advised. With proper monitoring and use of Methotraxate drug as a part of medication there can be remarkable improvement.
