Unfortunately, alternate therapies do not have strong base of evidence in these diseases and lack large scale quality trials. There are a lot of steroids and adulteration in these alternate medicines. Most of the times, It is being prescribed by quacks and there is no one to monitor the same. Considering these, I cannot advise for these therapies to my patients.
